uhh well, ages ago i made a fast cast healer, and i was the first 1 to do it, i didnt think much of it cuz ppl called me a noob, but then yesterday my friend to me i started a new build called a resmer. i was like wtf pretty cool eh, any1 got any comments?

resmers have been around for ages, even in BWE

healer's don't really need fast cast, their spells are ok as it is

As the devs try every different combination of skills out on a regular basis, i can honestly say at least 1000+ people had used this in the BWE.

So, sorry.. you used a build, not created it.
